At Gifts by Beulah Creations, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every gift hamper is crafted with care and attention, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Returns

Because our hampers often include personalized or perishable items, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll carefully review your concern and work to resolve it quickly and professionally.

2. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved for a non-personalized hamper, we’ll gladly send a replacement item once the issue is verified. Our goal is to ensure every Gifts by Beulah Creations experience leaves a lasting impression of trust and care.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in special cases where a replacement or exchange isn’t possible. Once approved, refunds are processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders for non-personalized hampers can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. However, custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, as each is tailored uniquely for you.
